A banana smoothie ensures we never break our motto of eating and drinking healthy. All this can be done by simply sticking to healthy, fruit based alternatives like banana smoothies. When you drink a smoothie like this, you ensure you are packing your body with fibres, protein and lots of potassium.

Here are the ingredients for making a banana smoothie -
If you cannot source vanilla yoghurt, you can also use half a cup of milk. Similarly, if you want a vegan alternative, you can also use almond milk or oat milk in the same measurements.
Step 1
Place a glass to chill in the freezer before you begin. Cut up the bananas, add the 2 tablespoons of Jivana Brown Sugar, the vanilla extract,
the vanilla yoghurt and lastly the ice cubes in a giant mixer or blender. Blend all of the ingredients till it reaches a smooth and creamy texture.
Step 2
Take a deep dish and in it boil the cup of water. Add the ghee to it. Now add a pinch of salt and a cup of rice flour in it.
Mix all these elements well and cover the deep dish till the mixture is half cooked. Keep the mixture aside.
Serve the banana smoothie in the chilled glass and enjoy a flavoursome drink that beats the heat as well as gives you all the nourishment you will need for your body.
